Space3ac is looking for startups and tech companies willing to start or scale their business to Poland. Receive up to 65 k EUR of equity-free funding, get mentorship, and work with corporates. The recruitment for startups is open until the 17th of August.
What is Space3ac?
Space3ac is an equity-free accelerator bringing together large industry and technology startups that offer innovative solutions. The program provides financing up to 65 k EUR per team, collaboration with a corporate customer, mentorship from world-class business and tech experts as well as a soft landing in Poland. The accelerator is placed in the biggest stand-alone business complex in the country – Olivia Business Centre. Space3ac is located in Gdansk, northern Poland.
Who is Space3ac looking for?
Space3ac is looking for a smart city, space sector, or transportation & logistics-focused startup projects answering specific technological challenges presented by the accelerator’s industry partners. If there are startups that would like to scale or grow their business in Poland but their solution does not match the areas of corporate interest, they can still apply to the program. Space3ac has launched a path for those startups called “sector agnostic”.
Space3ac Poland Prize II
The main goal of “Space3ac Poland Prize II” is to bring top-class startups to Gdańsk, Poland, and support their growth within the Polish market by linking them with B2B clients. Several large enterprises would like to cooperate with foreign startups. These partners are looking for solutions such as:
- ICT solutions exerting new capabilities of the 5G technology
- Green solutions supporting limitation of the negative environmental impact
- Systems for monitoring the technical condition of the quays of the ports, IoT, sensors, and smart sensor networks
- Applications with augmented reality
- Project management & productivity tools
- Automation & robotics. Including technologies for intelligent control of devices and machines
- Applications of satellite data
“Space3ac is one of few opportunities in Europe where during the acceleration you solve real challenges from and with large industrial players. These challenges are important to the daily routines of the industry. In result, startups have a great opportunity to finish Space3ac with a long-term contract with a large company” – says Dr. Krzysztof Kanawka, co-founder and scouting manager of Space3ac.
Since 2016 Space3ac accelerated over 200 startups from all over the world. The program might be interesting for companies looking for a diversified market. Startups that complete the acceleration program will have the opportunity to present their solutions during the Demo Day in May 2022 in front of investors, VC funds, and corporate representatives.
