On March 9th, 2016 at the Copernicus Science Centre in Warsaw an international event entitled Space Sector Forum will be held. The conference and exhibition is organized by the Polish Space Industry Association (SPACE PL) and co-organised by the Polish Agency for Enterprise and Development (PARP).The Space Sector Forum 2016 is prepared in order to indicate the potential of the Polish space industry as well as policy directions for the forthcoming years. In addition to the conference, an exhibition involving national space business and science will run alongside and present the projects, products and services developed due to Space Agency contracts.
Therefore, the event will be an outstanding opportunity to gather the fundamental information about previous and further Polish space sector activities. In the same time it will serve primarily as an occasion to initiate the discussion on the contemporary key Polish space issues and to strengthen the cooperation on a national and international scale.
The conference program will include speeches given by representatives of public administration, as well as foreign experts from ESA and national space agencies in Romania, Great Britain and in Austria.
Additionally, one of the panels will be dedicated to industry, science and administration. It will be a great opportunity to present the Polish Space Industry Association’s recommendations on the national space program, national strategy and participation in optional programs of the European Space Agency.
The conference as well as exhibition will be carried out under the honorary patronage of Ministry of Science and Higher Education, Polish Space Agency and National Contact Point.
Participation in the event is free of charge. We encourage you to fill out the registration form and participate in the meeting. Registration details can be found at the following link: http://space.biz.pl/formularz-rejestracyjny/.
